A Message for Youth: “An Unshakeable Foundation for Uncertain Times”

Young people live in an increasingly uncertain and dangerous world, which causes many of them to experience significant anxiety. Coping strategies like performance, catastrophizing, people-pleasing, and self-medicating promise peace but ultimately lead to despair.
